what oil was you puttin in this ad? the chap gave me 15w50 that must be crazy surely it should be 10w40? it has had that much new oil put in cause this gasket i gotta get new filter and gasket again so should be spotliss in side it...

gd job i used comon sense and brough mobil 2000 x1 10w40 stead the last chap had the car was puttin in 15w50 i couldnt see oil flow through the lifters before now i can =D thank's jay btw for the brand payen gasket brand info! hopefully i get all kit and gasket for tuesday. u think should replace oil filter even though it has just bin changed? i know have to replace oil and the oil is still clear in it ma kick it in for afew mins tomo let it clean out the engine abit more.

u really need to change the cam kit, dont run the car on them lifters and the cam it will do damage in some form or other!?

have it kept safe and undamaged, if its not worn it could be potentally sold

u recon i got right to ask for it? lifters cost me £48 and hardly done nowt with them in... thinking if i ask for them before they do the job last merchanic threw them away.. lifters i know they would bin recked but u think he would think u would wanna see them...

the cam that was in it was a newmans one yeah, from you other reply i've assumed thats been taken out? or will be taken out, and if its not worn then its worth considering selling it, and you tell them before its removed, take care of the cam your taking out as i want to keep it so dont damage it, unless there some sort or c**t they will do just that.
remember, your the paying customer, and they have to respect your requests

i guess so i will just say it not long bin fitted and need them bck so can u please not damage the cam and lifters etc... im thinking puttin stickers on my car i bin sortin sound system in it as there is no speakers or stereo wile waitin till done. but yeah im looking for decent stickers not gay ones was thinkin white with this blue.. with rs turbo with bagde white carnt find anything decent anywhere though.. if the car was ever resprayed i want it rs METALIC ULTIMATE GREEN i think it is? looks great the focus in that green colour its like a tint light green..

hi all i just thought any off u around my way who can do this job for me fit sump gasket and camshaft kit i want it done professionally and worried about takin it to another garage and fittin tunning parts i mean we talkin money parts just for any1 to fit... carnt afford for screw ups again... should have payen gasket and piper 285t2 camshaft kit on monday with new oil and filter... any u can do it and live close for a job? if so how much? errrrm im in stoke on trent.. they were doing it for £150 i dont mind paying abit more if have too... what should i post it on in forums which section?

im pissed the burton what ad said to buy from they sent and i recieved today the 285t2 kit and it didn't have any lifters in........... it had 16 spring's 2 box springs stead of 1x box spring's and 1x followers.. im really gutted now and really pissed... all they can do is for me to return it and they refund my postage... i will have to ring garage and tell them and most prob who knows wont able fit me in...... for awile again and no idear when i will recieve the kit...

exscuse was it was ordered and despatched from manufacture on the phone i was pissed on phone cause it is booked tomo get done once all lol...... it bin sittin and havin repair done than i done init.. fiited sub and speakers (warlfdale sounds gdddd happy there)

they rang me up today and said they recieved and despatched one out and checked... now booked at gt motorsport friday £180 fit kit and sump gasket. i got the payen gasket too like u said but he said still would of bin better with original gasket... i didnt get a card with it last time only a disk but dot i need to know the manu degrees etc on this kit this one didnt have one or it dosnt say on burton's.. unless i check about see what it is.. or is it on the disk the degree thought i saw on 1 website 180degree..

who said you should of got a original gasket? cos if they knew what they were on about they would know payen supply fords

anyhow, best off setting it to zero to start with and go from there.
you can get timing discs from anywhere, i think you might even be ablke to download one to print out, dont quote me on that though

recieved new kit already so in 3 days i set 1 back and rcieved 1 again so shows how fast u can send and recieve. this one also has the disk and the sheet of paper with the info on says the one i ordered is ultimate road the one before rally

lol we will see after friday when it is booked in... hopefully she will be proper sorted. id have to tell him too when he puts it on 2k revs for 20 mins make sure to switch the fan on orelse it blow up or naff the engine up... fan dosnt come on auto on this car has a switch to do it.

on record it did come on fan when i had it i just wired a manual switch in too!? so dunno again what has been done since!?

i need to sort out the dam horn and door handle not sure if a ford will fit this door now.. i guess i will just have to take it off and check the boilts will line up with the actual door handle on it...

there was a bar that went from the lock to the handle its basic what is the problem!? Also as i said the horn is on the wiper stalk is it not on a fiesta?

yes horn ist workin and im not feling this dam door handle i dont feel why u did put a a6 door handle and complete cut out the part out so i carnt put fiesta back in it... carnt find a a6 anywhere the clip has fell off these a6 have the hadle clip on them like a cover clip.... not sure if the horn is because of wire or its actual cause of the horn is naffed..

have you checked fused to see if ones blown hence the horn not working? i would also check there still plugged in.

thats what i thought mission impossible door ! its of a A6 Audi i think he said and i checked and it is cut out inside with a new door handle hole, im just gunna end up robbin some1's cap to it lol i looked on ebay carnt find one with the plate on the door hancle and have to pay for a complete one around atleast £30 sack payin £30 when all i need is the plate clip what gos over the door handle... i might get a piece plastic and cut it to shape and glue it on... (thought's) the horn checked wires and fuse all gd. i will take the horn of a focus im drivin and just to test to see if it is the horn ded.

Fella take the clip off the other handle (if it got one on pas side?)..Pop down a local engineering firm an get a metal one made up...JUST a thought,,,might help you out an save alot o stress an wonga...Dunno unless u ask...
