Repairing Amps!
Hi
my amp has broken and ive taken it apart and located the problem to the solder having broken and a loss of contact to 3 of the 4 capaciters. they are lose and i can nearlly pull them out.
how do i best solder them back in, i have beeen warned against using a soldering iron in case the heat breaks anything else.
anyone resoldered an amp before?

many times, heat up any solder left and use a solder sucker to remove it, then use some pcb cleaner, feel free to solder, only damage you can really do is buring the board but you would have to be trying to burn it bad enough to kill it
