Priezti's 1.8 16v progress thread

Postby Priezti on Wed Mar 28, 2007 9:28 pm

Thought id finally post some pics up of my shed as ive finally started sorting the bugger out

I got the car from dave at Eden Performance where it was sat looking sorry for its self and soon to be gutted and used as a track female provider of 'horizontal refreshment' for the south yorks rsoc (sorry lads ) it basically needed a fair bit of welding, a respray and a few minor bits, i dont have any pictures anymore of when it was ready to die but the one below is pretty much how it looked after ripping some silly stickers off it and being roadworthy

Image

Since then its had a few bits done and looks a bit different

Image

Image
Flushed Boot, flushed Stripe indentation from bumper, Towing eye removed and flushed, number plate recessed in

Image
Custom Bonnet vents welded in, flushed stripe indentation on bumper

Image
Test fit on the bonnet

Image
as above

The next step is to weld a new filler pannel in and start preping for paint amongst other things

Quick spec on the car for you anyway
