i should have my small lathe up and running by the weekend/early next week, just waiting on a MCB and plug for it then with any luck it will still work , so if anything needs making up etc, let me know

no probs mate, i'll let ya know when its up and running, i re-wired the workshop, and have re-wired the lathe, as i say just waiting for a plug and mcb nowso should be all here anytime now got plenty of bits for my self to do on it too

time for a bit of a update,not a lot has happened to the car itself lately due to the weather but many parts have been bought and modified to suit the car...

the cylinder head has been cleaned,skimmed,new valve stem seals,valves ground in,drilled and tapped for the stainless escort rst exhaust manifold and area six valve springs fitted..



the seats.. sparco touring in carbon





we are now using the grs intercooler that we have plus a alloy rad and both have been painted satin black..





the jamsport inlet i had a few years ago is back and going on the car still with it carbon covering



and one of the rocker cover ive painted,its ash black with a focus rs sticker embedded in the paint for the 'raised but not in your face' appearance (looks really in need of a polish but thats just the flash




thats all the pics i have at the mo but loads more parts to follow and hope to have the engine built over christmas and once its in the car loads will start to happen
the emerald ecu and loom are back with emerald for a upgrade and a base map plus some loom modifications

tbh mate, if you got on on your car, you just as well take it off for jon, will be a lot quicker then me trying to fine mine, if that is, i still have it, and the amount of crap i would have to move to get to where it may be isnt worth doing, if jon is desperate for one, then ill rip it out and look, other than that its not really worth it

well i have four more fans two more kenlowes the same as these and two spal smaller ones

well if the kenlows are the same size as them and bigger than the one i have, i would be interested in one mate, maybe 2 if they for, or will be for sale/swap

i bought two alloy rads lately and there were two fans on the GRS intercooler...the rest will be for sale

had a couple of hours spare today so dummied the engine together...just waiting on the focus rs head gasket and some head bolts to turn up and it can go together properly..





also tried the rad to see how it fits with the removable slam panel...



once the engines in the car progress will me much swifter
