In the Join club.ft is says about the Modification Blog. Can this be seen by non ft club members? Also, is it like a thread where others can post on it, or just a thread where only the person who created it can post on it?

I think it's in the garage section, I don't use it myself.

So is there anywhere on the site that offers like somewhere where a project thread can be made and where people can post inside that thread, or if i wanted that would that just be a topic inside say Car disscusion section of the site?

The garage is more of a list of modifications, most users start a project thread in member-s-gallery-vf18/
