Customer account manager for CitiFinancial. Working in a collections and sales role handling both customer loan applications from the outset until completion and collecting delinquent accounts. My role entails contacting potential business and arranging face to face meetings in order to close secured and unsecured loan products. I maintain good business relationships with my existing customer base to ensure the best possible service is provided to my clients and to assist in collecting accounts. I use my communications skills are drawn upon in this role as I liaise daily with my peers and seniors at various levels through out the network in order to process applications and handle customer service issues in the most efficient and professional manner.

Travel consultant for one of the UK’s most powerful brands, Thomson. In my time with this company I quickly amassed a large product knowledge and combined with my outgoing personality was able to become a successful member of the sales team. Persistently with my eyes on progressing through the company into management I strived to support the team around me and believed I demonstrated strong leadership qualities and was the first point of call for most of my colleges with problems.
The working hours were sporadic and I was happy to accommodate for this, often working unpaid hours to close sales and provide customer support.
October 2004 - March 2005 (6 month temporary contract)
Job Centre Plus. Working in a busy Job Centre, dealing with members of the public from a diverse range of backgrounds. I thrived offering support and advice for clients seeking benefits and employment. I used my delegation and excellent communication skills to maintain a positive and professional working environment for all levels of staff as well as a comfortable atmosphere for clients. Regular duties include maintaining databases and spreadsheets and providing administrative assistance.
September 2002 - November 2004
Next Retail LTD, Lakeside Shopping Centre. I developed an excellent understanding of customer service during my time at the company. My communication skills improved due to the constant need to delegate with various levels of management, peers and customers.
