im wiring a amp and sub into my mk3 fiesta tomorrow and was just wondering wheres the best place to run the power cable through as i cant find a hole to run it through from the battery. also wheres the best place to earth the amp as in my mates one the amp keeps overhetaing and he thinks its due to the earth

If your car doesn't have an ECU then there will be a blanking plate in it's place. In the bulk-head towards the back right of the engine bay, unscrew part of it and feed the cable down.

Alternatively, run it along the bulkhead to the drivers side where you'll find a large rubber grommet where all the engine wires go through into the car.

As for earthing it, my amp's in the boot so just gets earthed on the default spot with the rear lights.
