Will normal aerial suit DAB?
Hi,
I'm thinking of upgrading my ford system to something a little more substantial, and think it would be better to go digital. With the switch-over getting ever closer, I don't want to be renewing it all again in a couple of years time. Anyway, on to my question, Do you think the standard FM aerial I have on the roof at the moment will be suitable for recieving digital signals? Or would I have to upgrade to something better / compatible?
Many Thanks in Advance,
Alex

I think a DAB specific aerial is needed. These can be roof mounted or sometimes stuck to the windscreen.

Thanks for the replies, I'll have a look to see if my chosen headunit is just the plug in type or whether I need to get a windscreen aerial.
Many Thanks,
Alex
