Which managment to go for
I've just put in a 2.1 zvh and only got 195 chip in on ofac at the moment so want to run different management, what do people recommend my friend used mega squirt and the interface doesn't seem very user Friendly (might be us being thick) and don't really wanna go cosworth don't really wanna mess around with the different sensors so thinking omex but wanna see if there's other options? Thanks

Omex have a very good reputation. Ultimately one of the things to consider is what your chosen ECU tuner is happy to work with/recommend - otherwise you have to make trips to other tuners who you may or may not be comfortable with using.
Whereabouts in the country are you?

Should have a look at the OFAM product from Boostmonkeys, pretty much plug and pray.
Nothing to see here...
