What Size Alloys with no mods to wheel arch ?

Am looking to put alloys onto my fiesta mk3 si !

Any idead of max size without and mod to archs ?

Depends on how much you've lowered by. 15" ET35 wheels not exceeding 7J are the safest bet with 195/45/15 tyres and is optimum for handling. Have seen 16" ET35 wheels at 7J go on with no issues with 195/40/16 tyres but have also seen exactly the same combo rub.

As above, 16" if you're lucky, 15s are best though :)

on a similar note, i know 195/45/15s are recommended, but is there any benefit to going wider on the rears? i.e 205s or more?
