What's this lead called...
General name wanted, the lead that goes from the back of a headunit, and splits into an ISO connection, attaching to the leads coming from the car....
And does anyone know where I can get one for a Pioneer unit?

sounds like an ISO adapter to me, the ISO part is the plug that goes into your HU, the different bits are the plug that connects to your car - hence why they are car specific rather than HU specific.
Halfords are where you can buy them, they're around £12-£15
or ebay:

EDIT: Just to add, the lead for the MK3 Fiesta is the same as a lot of (if not all) 80s/90s Fords. I've used mine in a MK2 & MK3 Fiesta and a MK6 Escort
