welding help....

hi im new to the forum, just bought my self a rs 1800 the other week. was bit of an impulsive purchase but must say shes really grown on me.
the car has a new pannel which has been tacked on which is not ideal and i would like it to be welded on. is any one on here able to weld or help me out. if so my email address is cory_lewis5@hotmail.com or PM me so that we can talk about cost. or if no1 is able to weld could som1 tell me a good place to get it done :) thanks. if pictures are needed please say

it is the rear left panel. iv tryed to upload picture but i just cant do it, any help putting pics up would be great :) :D
