1 x decline / incline adjustable bench with leg extension.
1 x barbell.
1 x e-z bar.
4 x dumbells (1 twisty clamp thing missing so only 3 really usable).
black weights: 2 x 7.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 2.5kg.
grey weights: 8 x 2.5kg, 8 x 1.25kg.
2 x 0.5kg ankle weights.
1 x 500g tub of creatine (only had 3/4 shakes from it, exp: 09/2015).

£150 for the lot.

i don't really want to sell this, but i'm moving to a smaller house so i won't have space for all this stuff. it also means i'm going to have to join a gym and mingle with other sweaty people

on the plus side, maybe the old fiesta will get a treat once i've sold them!
