I was a little gutted but had such a great 1st session it didn't bother me to much.

Im trying to upload that now.

I'll have to check on springs, I've changed them so many times now to find the right ones.
I think its currently on 375 front and 450 rear

You were flying in the first session although probably a sensible move to pull off. I was out on track last with StevietheBeard and the N/S driveshaft went, and it sheared the wheelnuts off as well. We managed to get off the track safely but it could have been a lot more serious than it was!

I also run 375 on the front, but only 220 on the back.

Who set the car up for you, geometry size?

Sorry for all the questions its just i loved the way it put the power down compared to mine. (Alot of torque steer)

Was going well, best its ever felt and has given me so much more confidence.
The Tilton pedal box being a big part of that now it brakes properly.

You need to go stiffer on the rear for sure BUT if you use it on the road be very very careful it changes the car into an over steer beast!... Great when on track and when tyres are warm but lethal if there cold.

In my first session below - around 7 mins you can see what happens if you let off too much...... SLIDE!!!!!!

Car has yet to be set up for geometry - ooops! But JKM will be doing it.
Firstly shocks are going back to GAZ as the rear inserts are too short.

Didn't know you could drift a fiesta. Lol

Defiantly going for stiffer springs on the back.

Does it get much torque steer? As it doesn't look that way.

We watched this session from near the last corner before the start / finish straight. You could see just how quick the trolley is here as you were really gaining on the other cars, even the big power Cosworths weren't pulling away from you, if anything they were holding you up!

Thought the Cosworth powered MK1 Escort Estate that was out track was awesome!

I wish I could have seen it from the side of the track

It doesn't torque steer one bit which still to this day baffles the hell out of me.

Yes that Mk1 was pretty special.

How was your day then? Did you enjoy relaxing and not having a stand to attend. :)
