Turbo recon options

so my beloved T2 turbo is smoking like a good en, so leaves me with no choice but to send it off for a rebuild.
so I contacted 2 companies that do this service, TurboTechnics & TurboRebuild.co.uk.
I got quoted £425+VAT from TurboTechnics to make my T2 into a T2 hybrid plus 7 day return.
I got quoted "Worst case would be £325 plus vat, cannot offer upgrade with larger compressor on this unit currently, we just offer Stage 1 hybrid which is the uprated bearings and seals this would allow you to safely increase the boost to 18psi with a 3 day return.
money is important to me so just looking for your boys opinion. only ever looking to put my frst up to 195bhp max.
