Toad alarm problem

Hi all
My toad alarm has stopped working since rain water has got on the siren there is no noise what so ever and the fob key will not lock or unlock
my car doors unless the key is in the ignition.
Again the alarm wont sound with the key in the ignition but when you click on the fob key the LED does light up orange then will lock the car doors.
Sorry i dont no much about alarms so sorry if i sound thick lol but is this a case of me to just replace the siren or should i get a new alarm fitted
