Without wanting to get too involved davemartin i think it's now safe to say the chap who has your money is stalling and i cannot see you getting your monies back anytime soon. I would seriously consider getting this pushed forward to the authorities if anything can be done through them?

i would also put a thread up on passionford and the username so others are aware of what is going on

just so everybody knows, dave did get all his money back in the end, took a while, but he got the refund.
due to the actions of andymcb and the whole refunding situation, it was decided amongst the mods, and andymcb has now been banned from the site.
