i brought a mongoose exhaust system from andymcd about a month ago and it was not even wrapped up just black tap and even had wrong address on it only reason i got it was he sent a tracking number.
Is there any way i can get details of this transaction i paid will paypal.?

well i can prove that it wasnt me, my photobucket account is open to the world, so anyone could hack into it, upload some pics come on here put a add up an get the money, people that know me on here no id never scam someone, never mind someone taht i was talking to before,

Andymcd, here is the proof that you and the scammer are posting from the same ip address, so its either you, or someone you know, either way i think its time you do the right thing!

The thing that's making this difficult to chew is the fact that it is from an ip you use, with your photobucket, with wheels that you own.

Your photobucket account may not be locked to view but you still have to login with a username and password to upload pictures so its not as if anyone who knows the address can upload pictures to your account

Few facts for Andy and everyone who's watching at home (except me, I'm not at home, but no rest for the wicked hey...)

In between the last two photos in the list (which are in order of upload) the wheels photos were uploaded to photobucket. All this means is that they probably predate the 8th, but I find it hard to believe they'd not appear in Andy's account without him noticing, especially since he uploaded 11 photos taken after the wheel photos appeared. The same camera has been used for a significant number of previous photos in Andy's account too so I doubt someone's uploading photos to Andy's account on the sly, the photos before and after the wheel ones that are allegedly nothing to do with Andy most likely were from his phone (Andy, feel free to chime in and repudiate my assumptions). The dates on the photos are from the EXIF information in the phone, pretty much every phone gets its date and time from the network so I'm inclined to believe these are accurate.

Now, the advertising post matches up with an eircom address Andys posted from three times previously, he posted on FT from that address the day before the rsturbo11 account posted up using pics from his photobucket account. Moreover, some of the photos uploaded on photobucket after the wheel photos were taken on the same day with the Sony Ericsson phone.

All this seems remarkably fishy to me I'm afraid, but given Andys been on the forum a wee while, I'm pointing out the facts as they appear instead of waving my arms around and getting upset over all this.

Andy, I would appreciate any responses to be appended to this thread not PM'd as it'll save me copying and pasting them over. No-one (or at least, not I) is throwing accusations around just yet, people are only stating facts.

If you have turned up any info via work or family (if kid brother has used your account to pull a fast one etc. - it's more common than you'd think) then there's no shame in that at all, especially if you can go some way to help sort this lot out.
