The collection
hi, been recommended to the forum by a friend, i have 4 mk1 fiestas and a house full of spares
1 of 4 fiesta mk1 Quartz on the road, this one being the only black 1.1 Quartz

1 of 4 (yes i own two lol) fiesta mk1 Quartz on the road, this being the only brown 1.0 Quartz

This is THE only US imported fiesta mk1 within the united kingdom and its 100% rust free, unfortunately i cant keep it

This one is the only facelift 1300S in blue i have ever seen a picture of, and again theres less of these in existence than xr2's or supersports

Re: The collection
aswell as the 4 fiestas i have a mk3 escort 3door that i recently dragged out of a garage after sitting still for 16 years.
i bought the US spec mainly for some us specific parts and because i had never seen one in the flesh as its the only one in the uk. i bought the 1300s because it was destined for the crusher because the owner had no idea what he had so got it recovered 265 miles so i could save it from destruction. the black fiesta is the first car i have ever owned and driven, and i hope i have it for the rest of my life.
the brown quartz i bought literally just for the 4 red plastic rings that are on the wheels so i can put them on my black one... yes i wanted them that much and it is the only way to obtain them!
so the us spec is getting sold (currently on ebay), then the escort is getting sold now i have sorted the brakes etc on it, then im selling the brown quartz now i have got the wheels off it and i will be left with the 1300s as a long term project needing allot of welding, and the black quartz... then i will be hunting for a magical engine to put into one of my fiestas

Re: The collection
thanks for the replies, before these i had a 1.0 pop plus and a 1.3 ghia but just bought them to mess about with really (im 21)
selling to the us wont work unfortunately, they sell for prettymuch nothing over there! might have something todo with it costing £2000 to import it to america, if it runs and drives!
also, once the us spec, escort and brown quartz are sold, my black quartz will be gaining a turbo
