so presumably there is soooo much traffic trying to get to teamford.co.uk that ford didn't want to buy it off you so you thought you would try and charge some of us £100+ for a £10 registration

1st 'conquering device' to respond I see
Obviously its a sales ploy (Never tried to sell something?). If you read the advert correctly you will see it comes with some flash designs and a template - I am recooping what I paid out.
This has (like any other website with a decent URL) the potential to attract hundreads of thousands of hits, I am merely pointing that out.
Your foolish to think all domain names sold go for pittence - Some can hit a six figure mark.

Maybe if you were pitchin to a WRC team or something.. Not to FT tho.. this domain (in my opinion) sounds better and is more likely to attract people on the "random searches". Plus, you're saying about domains going for 6 figures.. unlikely that a car "team" will get anywhere remotely close considering you're probably talkin about things like massive businesses and multi-million companies, not a group of car enthusiasts..
Still tho, fair play for tryin.. If you can scam someone why not try huh?

Forgot to mention... when selling domains it is best to sell a batch so people don't just use something similar, so..... I would suggest you also register http://www.team-ford.co.uk

I am in no way saying this domain could be worth a six figure some, simply explaining that some can be worth that - There worth what someone will pay.
I wont be buying up any domain names so I can sell a batch, maybe if I owned something better but certainly not this. Feel free to buy them yourself though.
I advertised it on here as this was my regular haunt, plus rather than go to each and every car forum it seemed easier to do it here - Not to mention catch up with a few people.
