Try Renault dealers, there arn't too expensive to buy new.

Might sound stupid, but do the dealers call them splitters ? or some fancy name ?

Good point, they may call them chin spoilers, lips, aprons or bumper trims. Easiest thing to do is point to one on a car and say "One of them!" <IMG SRC="http://cgi.deep6.force9.co.uk/ubb/smilies/smile.gif"> I assume Renault dealers have a similar system to Ford's Microcat, so it should be fairly easy to get the part codes.
