should i go to work lol?
my only car is my rst and i have a 6 mile drive to work. im only an apprentice mechanic earning welll nothing lol. the snow is about 8inches thick were i am
dunno weather to risk it.?

well i live close to you, and its 5am and i couldnt get to biggin hill! its about 11 inches thick now!

woot snow day, i got abut 7 inches and got a 20mile trip to work, sod that, im gonna wait for rush hour to finish, find a car park and go drifting

im sat at work now with a poxy heater in some bloody warehouse with no proper heating. Was a bee otch getting up hills but i got here eventually. lots of snow by bonehenge
if you genuinely cant get to work then sod it go out and enjoy the day. Snow doesnt come enough so go out and go old skool sledding!

in answer to your question, and its one i have asked my self before and you should ask your self it is.
are you willing to poss smash your car up just to get into work? beareing in mind that work will not give a toss about your car nor pay for it.
my answer was always no, and thus it didnt move.
as i have a company van now, i will drive it in anything

as jay said if i had a company van or a s**t run about then i would drive to work.... ( thats if i could get out my road 13 inches deep ere)

There was no snow when I woke up at 6.30, and only a dusting when I left for work at 7.30.
However I'm now at work and it's still falling, I'd better not get trapped here

its 5 inches here and 2 dangerous to drive in seen many cars sliding today when went shop.i would leave the car at home and go out and have fun in the snow

Its about 6 inches here, not looking forward to the journey to work at 6pm
I am doing nightshift and i bet all the people who are meant to start when i am due to go can't get in because of the snow and i get stuck there and have to stay for a few hours more

ye i didnt go to work lol i cant belive how thick it is. seriously i have 16" wheels on my car and i cant see them!!!!

Going to work was fun today
I'm only about 2 miles from work and I drove along an un gritted road. went round one corner and the arse went out, but I was going nice and slow. Got to the work carpark and a dab of the handbrake saw me park in style

lol thing is i went out earlier "took my mums car" and the snow is sooo thick i just kept getting caught up in the snow the slidding about wasnt a problem.
