Rs turbo lightened flywheel

Hi,
I would like some feedback of someone who already put a lightened flywheel on the rs turbo. I am going to buy a new one which weighs 3.8 kg and the standard one is 6.8. That's 3Kg less weight on the crank. I know it will idle more rough but I want that revs are reached quicker. Do you think that 3kg less is too much?
