Only one I can think of off the top of my head is http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ do a search for rip programs on kasaa or one of the other file share servers.

Yea, try Kazaa.

I use Musicmatch to rip my cd's, and Adaptec East CD Creator to burn them :)

http://www.cdngo.com

or search google for CD'nGo, works fine for me. Easiest way i seen on my mates PC is a winamp plugin. If you have a quick pc it can do it realtime at HQ :)

search for audiocatalayst on kazaa, try to get version 2.1

it basically lets u rip cd's, turn them into mp3's at the same time also lettin u choose wot bitarte u want, plus a theres a cool feature which incoorporates CDDB to automatically add ID3 tags to the mp3. Very clever indeed :)
