There is no (that I know of) stable "post report" modification for phpBB2. I think there maybe a few betas, but I wouldn't suggest installing those as they may have security issues.

wouldn't just making a form for you to fill out be just as good???

like a box to type the forum that the post is in and a box for the title of the post.

Fair enough, but in that case it would have to be seperate to the forum (different page), you would have to include the thread url, your username, and email manually. It would only go to the one admin/mod. I don't think people would be bothered to use it, I maybe wrong.
