Remote Locking,
Oki, probably been asked a million times before so sorry if it has but ...
How easy is it to fit to a mk3.5 with central locking? I asked someone on ebay a while ago and they said it can't be done because the type of locks the mk3/mk3.5 use but... a few on here have it so it must be possible! right?
Also what if the car doesn't have central locking?

Re: Remote Locking,
mine is a mk3 and i connected the central locking with no probs at all very easy to install. took me about 2 hours. the most annoying part is to pass the wires through the door
afaik the mk3.5 ones are the same as the mk3

Re: Remote Locking,
Ben, you have to have the locking wiring and motors from a MK3/MK3.5 fiesta. The universal kits on eBay do not work. To get it remote you will have to have a trigger box and fob, but I'd be inclined to spec up a cheap Toad alarm and that will trigger the lock/unlock of the doors anyway.
