Remote central locking
As the title says i'm after fitting remote central locking to my car as i am having the doors delocked, i bought a remote kit off ebay and the thing is a waste of time the door soliniods are suposed to be universal but they don't unlock and lock the door consistant enough for delocking,
If anyone knows of a cheap alarm or a remote kit that fits a mk3 correctly let us know, it doesnt matter if the alarm is s**t i only really want the remote.
Cheers

That type of universal wont work because ford central locking is cable type, but the one in the pic is a rod type for cars like peugoets citreons ect.
You need one that will wire into the wiring and pulse that instead as that is how Ford locking works. Halfords do a cheap alarm with remote locking interface which will work
