rear discs

Problem or technical question?

i am about to upgrade the front discs on my fezzie to 300mm 4 pots and fit a rear disc conversion on the rear.the rears will be 273mm from an ecy cos with 4b4 calipers but i dont want the back end spinning round on me so what do u lot suggest

HI m8, ive got disks all round, cossie stuff, you won't have to worry about it spinning around, as the master cylinder aint big enough to make the brakes that sharp. You will see what i mean when you do it. I changed my master cylinder as the bigger the brakes the more fluid pressure you're gonna need to operate them.

how exactly did you change the master cylinder?? and what to??

hi XRSi, i changed it to MK5 Escort servo and master cylinder, fiddly and hard to do, but the result is well worth it. Add me to MSN will tell you m8.
