quick question on wire colours..

which is the ignition wire behind the car radio? (fiesta)
ie,to wire an amp to for example so its only on when the cars running...

yea i thought that one but i took it it was a direct feed to the battery and the actual ignition wire would be another colour :lol: .
im rubbish at diy lol.

The ignition wire will be red But the wire that you are actually looking for will be blue. This will be a seperate feed from your stereo (might say remote depending what stereo youve got) and will turn your amp on when youve got the stereo on, rather than just the ignition.
