Go out and buy yourself a 2.5" SATA drive and fit it in replacement of your old drive on your ps3.... Now got a 320gb drive instead of the 60gb one, apparently you can put linux on the ps3... anyone know how? :D

Something to do with the "install other OS" option in the system menu, first burn an ubuntu CD tho :D

I wouldn't bother though, you can only use a tiny fraction of the cells computing power if you're not using the ps3's native OS. :)

you could still use another OS like yellow dog. It would still be useful.
Download yourself a ton of emulators, and roms. And hey presto, you've got every game from every platform onto your PS3, snes, mega drive etc.. so it has its uses
