PS3 Users
Go out and buy yourself a 2.5" SATA drive and fit it in replacement of your old drive on your ps3.... Now got a 320gb drive instead of the 60gb one, apparently you can put linux on the ps3... anyone know how?

Something to do with the "install other OS" option in the system menu, first burn an ubuntu CD tho

I wouldn't bother though, you can only use a tiny fraction of the cells computing power if you're not using the ps3's native OS.

you could still use another OS like yellow dog. It would still be useful.
Download yourself a ton of emulators, and roms. And hey presto, you've got every game from every platform onto your PS3, snes, mega drive etc.. so it has its uses
