engines in! but cant seem to get the photo's nath put up on facebook will go down and take some with the camera tomorrow do have some issues with the gearbox mounting..the mounts we have dont fit the gearbox so i fitted frst ones.....they dont fit the craddle so need to get the craddle off the frst...hope that fits the car!

G/box mounts are a bit confusing though ,

That cradle is the original one and the gearbox was just a standard BC one that's fitted to an RS1800.

no idea then mate as long as the frst craddle bolts to the car in the same way then were laughing.... just they wont be all shiney and new

You can always get it powdercoated at a later date mate,

also I do have a brand new cradle over here as well if its needed

When I was speaking to Jon yesterday on the island, I couldnt work out why it wouldn't fit either, I thought all gearbox cradles was interchangable throughout the years? Blame Shaun for giving him dodgey parts

pics coming in a minute its not the mounts them selves it the parts the mounts fit to and what bolts to the gearbox

the rear number plate fitted.small vinyl one,no point putting a heavy plastic one on a super light tailgate

cheers ash i have soo many parts that i want to fit like the seats,door bars for the cage an such but i need to sort the wiring and fuel lines first.. hopefully when thats done it will come together quite quickly
