thanks for that, the reason for question was, I had been in touch with someone on here re a door, and they have just disappeared.

But taking on-board what you say, they have received my PM's and just not replied! do you get that often? Surely if you change your mind an no longer wish to sell, it's best to just say so and close any negotiations?
