Please help, any ideas what the song is im thinking of.

Been trying to remember this song for about a week now. Its an old dance type song. The lyrics are somewhat like a fairytale, talking about leaving the city for a place "where only" good people (or something similar) "play" or "stay"

Any help would be appreciated, im going out of my mind.
