Photobucket, help help help!

Can anyone tell me how i post pics in the for sale or members gallery using photobucket!!!
Ive got a mac and the photos are in a folder on my desktop ready to go.
Im going to throw the computer and keyboard through the window, and put a chopstick in my ear if i try any more...

load the pics onto photobucket.
copy the IMAGE LINK THATS BELOW THE PHOTO, i think its the 3rd one down.
paste the link onto the message you writing.
Done
