Been having problems with penetration in gas welding at work

cant say as ive ever had a problem with penetration myself mate, always find it slides straight in!!

Ah much better sorted it now lol

Had to give the dancing lady a little more time to open her legs n get nice n wet before dipping my rod in then full penetration was achived

I got the foreplay thing sorted now lol. Gas torch keeps backfiring on fillet welds n blasting molten steel into my hair lol.

Yea purks of the job lol. Did some braising today and starting gas cutting tomorrow after done some silver soldering . Then its onto the leccy welding

i quite like tig welding, its just so neat
ive done some stick and mig, not tried gas yet, might do that tomorrow i think

what do you work as ?

I work in station workshops for the raf, which is basicly fabricating aircraft parts ect.

I do sheet metal fabrication, gas, mig, tig, mma, plasma and gas cutting, turning, milling ect ect. Its good fun and sometimes I get to play with guns too hehe.

will be doing yea but am at a training camp till october then once am on a proper unit its easier to do. Mind you my chief tech lets us bring out cars in ect when something needs doing.
