for mk3.5 , where do i look ,, i looked under bonnet and it says 06 but where i work at halfords they always want a 4 numbered paint code?

Heres what info I have...

First Character = Colour
0 Ontario Blue (thats a zero - I dont have anything for 'O' so can only assume its a zero)

2nd Character = Year
6 OR T 1996
