I bought a braided oil return hose for an Escort T3 from Burton Power - went straight on IIRC.

That is an insert that goes into your block,

FINIS Code: 1592381

Interferance fit to the block, your threaded insert will pull out, the new one above will push in,

Then you need the rubber 'L' shaped hose, but I forget the FINIS for that!!

Cheers scort i got one of these from fords today just making sure i got the right thing have'nt had time to fit it yet
As for the L-shaped rubber bend 39 quid was a bit on the expensive side gona find a silicon replacement .

Yeh the hunt was proving very difficult to find one tried the wanted section on a few forums and ford eventually found one on eBay for bloody £13 +postage but needs must now I can get on with finishing the car
