As KitKat is today he listens to a lot of different types of music, but it all goes back to growing up in the 80's listening to Rock and Metal. How many people are still listening to those classic metal tunes? I been chillin' with my best mate this afternoon listening to those kings that are Iron Maiden. Just thinking.... damn this is soooo cool, real classic stuff, and that 80's metal is well soft on the ears, great for a relaxing march afternoon.

Is this just me, or does someone else agree??

You're talking one finger drop D guitar tuing, you can play that with one finger... the youth of today, tusk, no appreciation for the finer things in life. You talking about bands that are ok, and fine for what they are, but technically they are pathetic. I can play what they do blindfolded while driving. You want something really challenging where you whole mind is needed to even come close to matching the gallop rythem and double picking splender that is Heavy Metal!!

Im a big Gus n Roses fan since i first heard em slaying out things like sweet child O mine and paradise city. ive just replenished my cd player with Appetite For Destuction. cant say ive ever been into maiden or any of the like really thats just me personal favour though

I got my copy of Appetitie for destruction and spagetti incident for £2 a piece from Beano's in Croydon, well impressed with that. But my best bargain buy from them was Metallica's 1991 self titled album that I got for £2 too!! It's amazing how slash could play at all the amount of drugs he was on!! G'n'R never went all out for technical stuff, but they made some cool songs

i listen to most stuff, but i really dont like iron maiden! my ex loved them but i just dont see how he could listen to their stuff!

Have u heard of Wishbone Ash or Blue Law?? Oldies, as in my dad's kinda era but classics none the less and still around 2day and it's real guitar music, love it, especially live, wow!

I was born in 84, and do listen to all the new bands (saw Linkin Park last night), but really like Guns 'n' Roses (seen em live), Iron Maiden, Metallica.......

Metallica have changed their bass player again, finally got rid of Bob Rock, who as far as a bassist is concerned... is a very good record producer. Aparently they wanna get back to the older sound a bit, and they better!!
