Hi all,

I have just joined tonight as I have bought a fiesta rs turbo again, not had one since 1996. I bought F2TTT of pistonheads from a nice gentleman in his 60s who had only done 3000 miles in the last 7 years due to osteoporosis. He had owned the Car since it was 2 years old and it has covered 72,000 miles. its had a wing and a door skin when it was 3years old the rest if the paint looks original , It's in ok condition with lots of period mods like O.Z Saturn wheels, twin head lamps, horrible rear lights which I am changing, 195 chip beige injectors Kent 285 anti pump lifters, koni's, magnex, I will post some pics later. Planing on downing some light resto on the car for the summer.
Thanks
John

I removed the old rear lights ( free to good home before I bin them) fitted standard items and rewired to put the standard plugs back in. Had a good look over her today and she's better than I 1st thought , not had any welding nor does it need any. The rear quarter with the fuel cap is original, not been repaired and is not rusty yet but I am sure it will come at some point although, I cleaned all the dirt and mud from rear inner aches aand waxolied them and around fuel cap, then the rain came and play was stopped. I will take some pictures tomorrow.
