Newbie Section
Hello,
i'm new here and will be joinimg the fully paided membership soon, just checking this site out and it seems really friendly and also seems to have excellent information on the fiesta rs turbo. there isn't many sites around that offer this sort of quality.
i am picking up my first fiesta rs turbo on the 13th june 2008. so once i have i will be joining fully.
just have a suggestion, would it be a good idea to have a newbie section? i am a member of the escortcabrioletclub and its worked really well.
people can introduce themselfs and give some info about them selfs etc.
could also have a Forums Names To Real Names section as a sticky on the top inside the Newbie section. this helps as a reminder for people.
thats all i'm gonna say, don't want people thinking the newbie is poking his unwanted nose around etc.

Re: Newbie Section
Wecome to the forums Steely
I dont think Ade (admin) will add any new forum sections plus he isnt around much anymore. But a sticky thread in offtopic could be a good idea. Thats where most newbie posts end up after being moved from general

I wouldn't bother becoming a member. I paid up last year to help maintain the site. Don't expect to get anything for your cash though apart from the gallery feature.
