I cut the inner arch out of a scrap zetec s shell i had. But you can still buy them from fords, cant remember the price sorry.

Looks like a really good project you've got going there mate, sorry to hear what happened to your old one :(

Love the way your getting the rust off the underside, looks soooo easy copared to lying under the car with all the rust just falling on you as you remove it.

Random thread update. Thanks for all the comments, but anything in this thread is forsale if you want it cheap :(

Found a escos stupid cheap so had to have it
even though the engine went on it with me only having driven it for 6 hours after 4 weeks of rebuilding it :lol: :bonkers:
