would love to try mate, but from that picture the servo looks way too big. the standard rs one sits about 10mm from the gearbox mount.

i would mate why ya can :Q

the mondeo servo is massive, but its wider, not longer, so if you have 10mm in front, it might just fit

Nice! :Q Those driveshafts look the nuts  I think I might invest in some once I break the "cut & shut" efforts that I currently have :P

How much were they if you don't mind me asking? :-?

how comes the idle speed control valve is mounted on the bulkhead ?

dont your inlet have a mount for the iscv ?

the bulhead mounted valves often get clogged up and often cause funny idle. Hence why ford did away with them and replaced them with the inlet mounted items.

the inlet has a mount for the iscv ,but as i have converted the sandwich plate to take the top feed injectors it leaves no space for an idle valve. The iscv mount has been blanked and a take off has be drilled and tapped at the back off the inlet for the remote iscv.

i cleaned the iscv before i installed it, and when i was playing with the idle controls on the omex software i was impressed with the control capabilities of it.but we will see how long that lasts  ill have to clean it every 6 month or something
