****UPDATE****

Got the car back about a month ago ,but been too busy with uni work so couldnt do an update till now

well happy with the work!

heres the the pictures












i gave it a few coats of zinc primer




Then thanks to Clark (Knuckles) for suppling me the paint ,A few coats of ford moondust silver and clear lacquer.




Also fitted the hydraulic pedal box i used a combination of a mk5 fiesta clutch pedal and a mk3 pedal box .
it was just a case of drilling two holes into the mk3 pedal box to fit the mk5 slave cylinder and pedal.
Then i had to cut the bulkhead to accommodate the new slave cylinder.





its not completely finished yet.

if everything goes well, engine should be in end of the month

Also i have a new inlet manifold on the way

as for the master cylinder,its fits but not much room.

This is a picture of the moded pedal box.
its a fiesta rs turbo pedal box with a mk5 fiesta clutch pedal. only one hole needed to be drilled.the another hole lined up from the mk3 manual clutch pedal







this is another picture of the hole i had to cut to fit the mk3 clutch pedal. i done it with a dremel .Best kit i ever brought!!



All fitted back

Loving this project - very similar to mine! Some great work gone on here and it's interesting to see different ways of tackling the challenge of fitting Focus hydraulic clutch, mounts etc.
