Long time friends, laindon £18.98 failed to pay, for goods received, 11/08

My so called long term freinds completly ignore me now. I dont understand its £18.98 Some off our freinds know. They dont get invited anywhere now. I even offered for them to pay me in installments if they couldnt afford one of payment. I just do not understand it.

I know someone that owes me £300 and another that owes me £1000 but I'd rather let the £1000 keep the money aslong as I never see them again.Thats repayment enough.
