Re: Mk4 fiesta engine conversion
depending on what size wheels ur using, i would suggest either the 284mm items from the mondeo st 24, minimum 15 inchech wheels for that one, or the more popular conversion for alot of fords is to use mk3 mondeo callipers, st170 300mm discs and mk1 mondeo hoses, but u will need at least 16 inch wheels for that!

thats a big help, much appreciated. didnt realise there was quite so many options, got a set of escort 16" gti alloys but not sure if keeping/using them, unsure as to whet would be able to use them and lower car the car without arches needing rolled. looking to lower 40mm ?

Re: Mk4 fiesta engine conversion
With the Fiesta ST brakes, they'll just straight swap.
With the Mondeo/Focus ST 300mm brakes, you'll need to drill the hub holes out to 12mm.
I'm running my ZS on 16's at the moment (lowered about 60mm). You'll need 195/45R16 tyres, and the rear arches will need to be rolled, depending on the offset. Mondeo wheels sit out from I remember, so they'll probably need rolling.
I ran my old MK4 on 195/45R15's down 40mm and needed to roll the rear arches.

Re: Mk4 fiesta engine conversion
think the fiesta st 150 brake swap sounds like the safest option, new to this game. still undecided on wheels size and what set to go for really is a difficult one can make or break the look of the car,
might be a silly question have a laugh if must, kind work needed if arches where to be rolled ?
(maybe even look for set of gti's at 15" )
