Do you have a full set of them?
How have you found them mate?
Stood up well?

I ask as i am going to invest in a set for my next car but don't fancy wasting my money on them, if they aren't all that :)

Its a Pro Alloy intercooler which uses a RS500 core and then custom end tanks to fit between the lights on the Fiesta.

I originally had a full set on the car yes and i recommend them YES. I only retain the rear beam pivot bush now as i have changed the others bushed areas to rose joint bearings which are better still
However not recommended for road use as there not dust sealed, so you would have to maintain them ALOT!

Forgot to ask is the whole kit easy to fit?

I am guessing the front ones that go in the lower arms are the hardest part?

I never fitted the fronts mate as i bought the area-six lower arms instead.

BUT yes i imagine they are pretty awkward to remove Ive heard people burn them out /press them out / beat them out.

Hard to compare with the above due to alot of items being changed from standard or off the shelf goodies. The car handels the power amazingly, i can only offer passanger rides to prove this so if your at any days next year come on over :)

Its possible for sure.. HOWEVER im sure JimmyEsh will agree on this its more in depth than i first thought.
For my application due to the power im wanting to run through the thing, it cost me sooooo much more than i first thought.

Dependent on power wanted honestly i would say stick to a 5-speed gearbox man jobbie. If you want bigger horsepower then fit the 6-speed.
The benefits DONOT make that much of a difference to warrant the cost IMO.

BUT anyone wanting to fit one im more than happy to list/advise whats needed :)

Crank wise an original crank i.e not ground etc will handle 500hp this is the limits im told.

However currently i know of a 520ish Zetec running a standard crank still so as long as built well this will be fine.

Im still running a standard crank in mine as i dont intend to run anymore than 450hp.
The price tag of 1500 is steep for a uprated crank and thankfully the standard crank works
