Lowering springs

I want to get my car pretty low again on standard wheels. Has anyone got any idea's on what spring size I will need to get the car close to this height?

I would say something like 60mm

Are you after just springs? Or a shock an spring set?

ebay/essex racing will do springs on their own. ebay will do shock and springs set.. depends what make and how much you want to pay for it really!
