Looking for mk3 rs turbo

Hello to all i'm new to this forum, i'm looking for a mk3 ford fiesta rs turbo, but since i'm italian there is no forum in italy that talk about that, i've found only this forum in the world wide 
I've found a nice fiesta rs turbo here, i got some photos if i can upload to this topic tell me!
Help me to understand whether it is a good buy or not , specifically where to look to see if it is a car to buy or not!

The fiesta in question have 91.000 km (56,544 miles)
