bought some singles earlier, downloaded via itunes like they do. played them, all ok

sync'd with itunes to put wall e onto my phone, looked to see if my new songs have transferred, and they hadnt, so looked on the phone, and there not there anymore :-?

i have a receipt from itunes for the songs, and when i click report problem, it just comes up with "itmss is not a registered protocol." so i cant report the problem

What phone do you have, for a start?

If not, Apple have customer service numbers that you can try

I think the issue here is that itunes is RUBBISH :d , there are plenty of free better alternatives witht he same functionality bar the music store (which it doesnt sound like you use if you have wall-e already if you see what i mean)
