Could anyone give me the best cheap places to go to get insurance on a 1991 fiesta rs turbo?

Welcome to the forum 
HIC have always come up trumps for me, but everyone is different. There is an insurance section on the forum if you look, it has a thread with a whole load of companies to try along with phone numbers. Take a look around and you'll find it

just reinsured my rs1800 with ALL mods declared.. £300 F/C... A-PLAN insurance..
although everyone is different...

Get RSOC membership and use Boncaster
I pay £469 a year fully comp with my other half on, business use, breakdown cover, track day cover for RSOC organised events, legal cover, all mods declared.....
It's the best insurance you can get and they will match/beat any other quote you get. Oh and if my other half wasn't on it then it would be £300
